During this session, we will walk through an exercise that helps you think about what energizes you, brings you joy and what drains you when it comes to health leadership. We will leverage that understanding to get you started in creating S.M.A.R.T (specific, measurable, relevant, and time-bound) goals to set you up for success as a Health Leader. This will be an interactive working session, begin thinking about your current goals and come prepared to brainstorm!
